Founder-led SaaS recovery
About ViraLinq Labs
ViraLinq Labs helps founders and small agencies recover existing SaaS and AI-built products when one business-critical journey is blocked by authentication, payments, data rules, deployment, integrations, or unfinished production logic.
The operating model is deliberately bounded: assess the real blocker, define the written recovery contract, implement the smallest complete correction, prove the agreed result, and hand over the change with evidence and a rollback path.
Founder and product lead
Lou Relano
Lou combines enterprise application-support experience with hands-on SaaS and platform product strategy. As an AI-native operator with advanced applied AI fluency, he orchestrates AI tools, agents, and structured workflows across research, diagnosis, implementation, and validation—while keeping scope, judgment, and production changes under human control.
ViraLinq Labs is founder-led by design, giving clients direct access to the person responsible for the recovery rather than passing the work through a large anonymous agency.
AI-native execution. Human-controlled production.
AI tools and agents accelerate orientation, classification, implementation, documentation, and validation. They do not replace authorization, technical judgment, acceptance criteria, security boundaries, production verification, or rollback decisions.
The internal flagship proof
ViraLinq Labs was shaped by building and operating ViraLinq, a connected creator platform where public profiles, account state, authentication, payments, database-backed policy, signed media, analytics, deployment, and server-confirmed transitions must behave as one production system.
ViraLinq is disclosed as an internal flagship system—not presented as an outside client case study or as proof of results that have not yet been independently established.
