Before any payment
We first review the problem and determine whether the project fits. If paid work is appropriate, you receive a written scope or proposal identifying the service, deliverables, exclusions, timing assumptions, currency, price, payment schedule, and applicable cancellation and refund terms before payment is requested.
Business and billing identity
ViraLinq Labs is operated by ViraLinq LLC. Paid Labs engagements are contracted and invoiced by ViraLinq LLC unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Customer policies
Review our Pricing, Terms, Privacy Notice, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy before entering a paid engagement.
Do not send secrets by email
Do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, database credentials, recovery codes, customer data, or other secrets. Secure access is arranged only after a project is accepted and the required access method is agreed.
