ViraLinq LLC operates ViraLinq Labs and is responsible for personal information handled through the Labs website, project inquiries, proposals, invoices, and software-service engagements, subject to applicable law and project-specific agreements.
Information we may collect
- contact and business information such as name, email, company, role, and project details;
- workflow and project information used to understand the business problem and prepare a scope;
- technical material such as repository metadata, logs, screenshots, configuration information, and validation results when lawfully authorized;
- proposal, contract, invoice, transaction, support, and delivery records; and
- basic website, device, hosting, and security logs.
Payments
We may retain invoice and transaction records needed for service delivery, accounting, compliance, refunds, and disputes. Full card or e-wallet credentials are normally handled by the applicable payment provider rather than stored directly by ViraLinq Labs.
How information is used
- respond to inquiries and evaluate project fit;
- understand workflows and prepare scopes, quotes, contracts, and invoices;
- build, validate, deliver, and support agreed software services;
- protect systems, accounts, and repositories;
- process payments, refunds, accounting, tax, and compliance records; and
- handle support, disputes, and legal obligations.
Service providers and AI-assisted work
Information may be processed by hosting, email, repository, analytics, security, payment, accounting, professional, and AI-service providers only as reasonably needed for the relevant purpose. AI tools may assist research, drafting, implementation, documentation, or validation using reasonable data-minimization and access controls.
We do not sell personal information or publish client project details without authorization.
Security, retention, and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for inquiries, engagements, support, business records, security, disputes, and legal obligations. Service providers may process information in countries different from yours, subject to their controls and applicable legal requirements.
Do not send secrets by ordinary email
Do not email passwords, API keys, private keys, database credentials, recovery codes, or sensitive customer datasets. Secure access should use appropriate account invitations, roles, or secret-management methods.
